Apex Appraisal Inc. was founded by Sean Smith with the vision of providing superior service and the highest quality appraisals to every client. Sean brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to the table and has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) since 2011.

Sean holds a CRA designation with the AIC and has completed thousands of appraisals throughout the Durham Region and surrounding area.
