Suzette Moss

I have worked as a lawyer for over 20 years in multiple jurisdictions. My practice has been exclusively dedicated to Family Law for the past 10 years. I help clients to resolve many complex issues including custody, access, child support, spousal support and property division.
In addition to representing clients in family court, I have completed levels 1 and 2 of collaborative training and am a member of Collaborative Practice Durham Region (CPDR). The collaborative process is a form of alternative dispute resolution that is uniquely designed to allow parties to achieve meaningful and creative solutions to complex family law issues outside of court.

Separation involves difficult transitions for clients and I am keen on helping them achieve workable solutions and positive new beginnings.
I hold an accredited Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010. I am a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Durham Region Law Association and I volunteer at Luke’s Place. I live in Whitby and am married with two children. I enjoy reading, travelling and playing board games.
