Sally is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Mahin Law Professional Corporation.

She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. In law school, she volunteered as a Caseworker at Community Legal Aid and worked as a Summer Law Student at Legal Assistance of Windsor. These roles allowed her to passionately advocate for underprivileged clients in various administrative tribunals.

Sally has exclusively practiced in the area of Family Law since her Call to the Bar. Prior to starting her own law firm, she worked as an Associate Lawyer at two Family law firms in Toronto and Markham. Sally is a well-rounded and versatile lawyer, and she represents clients in and out of Court. She drafts complex separation agreements and parenting plans, litigates family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and advocates for her clients through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including mediation, arbitration, and Collaborative Family Law. Sally provides her clients with sound legal advice, compassion, and guidance, so they can always make well-informed decisions for themselves and their family.
