My foray into the legal field was somewhat unorthodox and it is because of this that I often provide my clients with a unique perspective on a wide range of personal and business matters. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Toronto in the areas of Mathematics and Statistics and was conferred the degrees of Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University. After finishing my studies, I went on to work at one of “the big Bay St. firms” and from there, opened my own practice specializing in various areas of civil and family practice. My family practice is primarily focused on alternative dispute resolution.
Simply put, I focus on finding ways to resolve your family matter without getting the courts involved. I believe that the family courts are a point of last resort for families that are separating, especially when there are children involved. I am certified and specifically trained in collaborative family law and also engage in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration in an effort to resolve your matter with compassion and dignity.
