Nafisa Nazarali

I am the managing associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers and practice in all areas of family law. I am committed to my clients and ensure I do everything in my power to achieve the most desirable results that reflect each unique situation. I am collaboratively trained and use my skills to find creative ways of achieving positive results while keeping the best interest of children as a primary focus when providing legal advice and strategies.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, majoring in Psychology. I completed my Juris Doctor Program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2010. Since my call to the bar, I have been practicing exclusively in family law.

During law school, I completed a six-week internship with the Development of Human Rights India. I was also the recipient of the John Yaremko Q.C. Scholarship for my interest and academic achievements in human rights, civil liberties and the rule of law. I am committed to giving back to the community and currently sit as a Board of Director at Luke’s Place and the Malvern Family Resource Centre.
