Michelle Mulchan

I have been practicing family law for over ten years and am skilled in all areas of family law. I enjoy providing comprehensive, creative resolutions and always try to help families come to resolutions in a cost-effective and timely manner.

I was called to the bar in Ontario in January 2010. I graduated with a JD from the University of Windsor in 2008 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English from York University. During my time at the University of Windsor, I worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Myra Tawfik and the culmination of that research was published in “An Emerging Intellectual Property Paradigm: Perspectives from Canada”.

I believe in giving back to my community and have been volunteering with the Girl Guides of Canada for four years. I enjoy being a positive role model and mentor to young girls and helping them realize they can be anything they want to be. I also volunteered with SewforTO, an organization who donated non-medical face masks to hospitals, retirement homes and homeless shelters during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I am eager to get to know you and your family and work with you to resolve your separation.
